Existing Scenarios

You open an existing scenario by choosing Scenario > Open in GEOVIA MineSched. The Open Existing Scenario form appears, which you use to select the scenario file you want to open.

GEOVIA MineSched stores a list of up to the 28 most recently used scenarios, specific to your local machine. By default, these scenarios, sorted by the time and date of their last save, are displayed in the Open Existing Scenario form.

Field	Description
Display	The scenarios to display in the list. Recent scenarios: The list displays the 28 scenarios you have worked on most recently. Current folder scenarios: The list shows the scenarios that are saved in the MineSched installation location. For example, if MineSched is installed to the default location, the list shows any scenarios saved in C:\Users\Public\GEOVIA MineSched\9.0.
Remove from list	The scenario highlighted in the list is removed from the list. This scenario is not displayed in the list the next time you choose to open a scenario.
File Name	The directory path and file name of the scenario file you want to open. You enter the file name by typing the path, or using the Ellipsis button to select the scenario. Note: If you open a scenario that is not in the current working directory, MineSched changes the working directory when the scenario is opened.
